April Housing Statistics for Colorado Springs Real Estate

Here are some quick stats on Existing Homes from the Pikes Peak Realtor® Services Corp., for the period April 2009 through April 2010.

Average Sales Price: For April 2009, the average sales price for Colorado Springs Single Family/Patio Homes was $199,268. In comparison, the average sales price for these types of Colorado Springs Homes was $213,781.

Total Monthly Sales: For the month of April 2009, there were 641 sales as compared to 739 sales for April this year.

Total Active Listings: For the month of April 2009, there were 4,528 active listings on the Colorado Springs Real Estate market. And for April this year, there was an increase of active listing inventory which is 4,707.
