
In Colorado Springs, there’s an organization called Peak Producers, which represents some of the top-selling agents in the area. What I really appreciate about this group involves their philanthropic approach about giving back to our local community.
Anyway, on last Thursday, we had a very gifted speaker named Larry Kendall of Ninja Selling, who spoke to our group of Colorado Springs Realtors. If you ever get the chance to listen to him, then I highly advise that you pencil his event on your calendar.
I personally liked what Larry had to say because it’s consistent with how I handle sales with our clientele. His message was straightforward, yet powerful. Basically, as a Colorado Springs Realtor, I know that I must continue to ask the right questions to empower my clients to make their own decisions about buying or selling Colorado Springs Real Estate.
Instead of focusing on sales scripts of the predatory nature, Larry’s message emphasized the importance of fully engaging the needs of your client. While we may have all the tools necessary to get the job done, even with years of experience, we must not forget to dig deeply to hear what the client wants from the purchase or sale of his or her Colorado Springs Real Estate property.
Sometimes we miss some important parts of communication with our clientele via social marketing. According to Larry, a professor at Colorado State University, approximately 85% of the time we don’t clearly derive what’s being communicated with our clients from email. Sometimes we’re missing some important components about their needs, as well as the power behind the spoken word for lead conversion.
Again, if you have the opportunity to attend one of Larry Kendall’s Ninja Selling seminars, then I highly recommend that you do. Everyone in our group had a fantabulous time.

There was a Ninja Selling seminar in Birmingham a few months back and I was so sorry I had to miss it because of another commitment. A friend attended and came away with lots of good ideas.
