Some people feel like there wasn’t much of a choice regarding the presidential election. The better of the least desirable has been a resonating theme for many. In regards to shrinking listing inventory, it would be easy to adopt these same attitudes about the Colorado Springs Real Estate market.
Yet, the power of value still pervades against status quo forces. The well-kept homes, the well-staged homes and the above average efforts on part of the Sellers are bringing favorable results when it comes to home sales – time on the market and gleaning maximum value on their homes.
